25 March. Sponsored Bungee Jump at the Vintage Inn for DRAG.  180" crane jump.£45 a jump. The Inn is putting on other attractions aswell, plus Channel 4 are coming to film us!!!
 

29th April 2000 THE LORD MAYOR'S SHOW

Organizers have set 'Great Ideas Past and Present' as the theme for the annual parade, which is thought to be the biggest outdoor spectacular of its kind outside London.

Portsmouth City Council is again sponsoring the show, which last May attracted more than 100 bands and entries, including nearly 90 floats and some 3,000 participants - not including the thousands of spectators who lined the route.

Ok, its been a long time since I updated this site. From now on I will be just doing the local stuff as there is a far better site for events.

Its at the link bellow and is a blindly good 'cyberzine' with loads of features. Met one of the crew on the Fred Hill run and after looking at the site I love it.
